Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Material Planner to optimize material availability and support efficient production within the Material Management team. You will work with sourcing, logistics, plant warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and alignment with production goals.

The role emphasizes SAP MRP proficiency, inventory optimization, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain supply continuity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• 1 year of experience in an international Supply Chain position (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute material procurement based on production requirements, including timely release of purchase orders.
• Use SAP MRP to track, forecast, and manage material flow and inventory.
• Monitor daily material operations, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments to identify shortages and risks.
• Coordinate and elevate material delivery issues with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate planning data to support reliable production planning.
