Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Global Supply Chain Sr. Planning professional to lead global material planning and execution, ensuring accurate, compliant materials are available and delivered to manufacturing sites while maintaining cashflow.

This role collaborates with planners and buyers to manage PRs, forecasts, and MRP parameters, while identifying risks and drafting contingency plans to sustain on-time production.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant Planning experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• SAP experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Batch readiness and Stockroom Material Readiness targets.
• Purchase Requisition (PR) management.
• Ensure Vendor Forecasts are accurate at all times.
• Manage Demand alterations.
• Maintain MRP parameters (lead times, ABC classification, min/max levels).
• Proactively identify supply risks and draft contingency plans.
• Internal customer service: cohesive workflow between planners and buyers.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
