Job summary

KBI Biopharma is seeking a Global Supply Chain Senior Planner to lead global material planning and execution, ensuring materials are available to Manufacturing sites when needed while maintaining cashflow.

This role emphasizes batch readiness, vendor forecasting, and proactive risk management, working closely with planners and buyers across sites. Travel up to 10-15% is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant Planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team and with internal customers.
• Travel 10-15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Batch Readiness: 98% batch readiness on the frozen time fence and 98% Stockroom Material Readiness.
• Purchase Requisition (PR) Management.
• Ensure Vendor Forecasts are accurate at all times.
• Manage Demand alterations.
• Ensure MRP Parameters are maintained such as Lead Times, ABC Classification, Min Max Levels.
• Proactively identify supply risks and draft contingency plans.
• Internal Customer Service: Cohesive workflow between planners and buyers
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

The Global Supply Chain Sr. Planning is a unique role to lead global Material Planning and Execution with the two ultimate goals of ensure that accurate and compliant materials are available and delivered to Manufacturing sites when needed while maintaining a reasonable cashflow.
