Job summary

This role collaborates with planners and buyers to manage PRs, forecasts, and MRP parameters, while identifying risks and drafting contingency plans to sustain on-time production.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant Planning experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• SAP experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Batch readiness and Stockroom Material Readiness targets.
• Purchase Requisition (PR) management.
• Ensure Vendor Forecasts are accurate at all times.
• Manage Demand alterations.
• Maintain MRP parameters (lead times, ABC classification, min/max levels).
• Proactively identify supply risks and draft contingency plans.
• Internal customer service: cohesive workflow between planners and buyers.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

At KBI, we are creating planning processes to support the company’s growth and position it as the next generation CDMO. The Global Supply Chain Sr. Planning is a unique role to lead global Material Planning and Execution with the two ultimate goals of ensure that accurate and compliant materials are available and delivered to Manufacturing sites when needed while maintaining a reasonable cashflow.

Job Responsibilities

• Batch Readiness: 98% batch readiness on the frozen time fence and 98% Stockroom Material Readiness.
• Purchase Requisition (PR) Management.
• Ensure Vendor Forecasts are accurate at all times.
• Manage Demand alterations.
• Ensure MRP Parameters are maintained such as Lead Times, ABC Classification, Min Max Levels.
• Proactively identify supply risks and draft contingency plans.
• Internal Customer Service: Cohesive workflow between planners and buyers
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• 1 to 3 years of relevant Planning experience
• Bachelor’ Degree
