Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Master Planner/Scheduler to drive the MTO/GTO production planning for folded carton samples. This role focuses on scheduling tools, materials, and equipment, while coordinating with customer, sales, service, design, and converting teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor backlog, manage production materials and third-party vendors, run reports, apply testing procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent with related experience (or MA with related experience).
• Experience in scheduling production and managing backlog.
• Familiarity with packaging materials and supply chain operations.
• ArtiosCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production, processing, assembly, and packaging activities.
• Monitor and control work schedule and backlog for Trial Order facility.
• Coordinate with customer, sales, customer service, manufacturing design and carton converting groups for on-time delivery.
• Manage production materials and third-party vendors.
• Run and distribute reports to all levels of the organization.
