Job summary

The Global Master Data Coordinator at Breville USA, Inc. plays a critical role in governing product master data across ERP, PIM, CRM, and related systems.

You will ensure data accuracy, lifecycle management from SKU creation to end-of-life, and alignment with global standards to support product launches, supply chain, and the consumer experience. Qualifications

• HS Diploma plus technical-related education required.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot, XLOOKUP, data validation.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with master data management (MDM) tools or data governance.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Govern global product master data and SKUs across systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with standards.
• Define naming conventions and data structures.
• Audit data and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity.
• Support global data harmonization across regions.
• Manage SKU lifecycle and product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Spares, Service, Technical Services, and regional teams.
• Identify data risks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and data migrations.
• Create process documentation for scalable workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs for master data creation and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
