Ariat International seeks a Global Master Data Manager to lead a team of analysts responsible for data integrity across enterprise systems. Focus on Pricing and Business Partner domains with strong governance and process improvements.

You will drive data quality standards, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration while leveraging ERP experience (SAP) and exploring AI-enabled tools. An emphasis on security, change management, and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years ERP experience (SAP preferred).
1–2+ years in a lead/people management capacity.
Experience pricing data governance and sales program strategy is preferred.
Strong data governance, fraud risk controls, and data protection knowledge.
Ability to communicate complex data topics to varied audiences.
Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy.
Interest in AI-assisted capabilities and risk-aware adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of master data analysts responsible for data integrity across enterprise systems.
Own end-to-end master data lifecycle across domains and ensure audit-readiness.
Define data quality standards, SOPs, and KPIs; drive root-cause analysis and improvements.
Implement access controls and data security measures; partner with IT Security on risk.
Evaluate AI/automation tools and deploy automated solutions to reduce cycle time.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to align priorities.
