The opportunity
As Master Black Belt Business Unit (BU) Transformers, you will be responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma methodology throughout the BU and Regions (HUBs) to drive business results and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your role includes supporting critical business objectives by utilizing resources and best practices to enhance growth, customer loyalty, quality, lead time, profitability, and cash flow.

How you'll make an impact
Support deployment of BU Quality strategy by effectively utilizing Business Unit Black Belt and Green Belt resources.
Collaborate with executive leadership to select and prioritize projects aligned with strategic goals. Lead or support strategic Black Belt projects across Global Product Groups (GPGs), Regions (HUBs), and BUs. Mentor, facilitate, and coach certifications for L6S Master Black, Black, and Green Belts, including ongoing coaching and toll gate processes.
Provide and lead Lean Six Sigma training sessions as needed.
Prepare Black and Green Belts for certification, manage approval processes, and participate in certification boards.
Deploy Lean Six Sigma initiatives within the BU, defining necessary resources and matching them with projects and initiatives.
Define, approve, and support key improvement projects. Monitor all Belt projects within the Business Unit.
Review project statuses and identify new improvement opportunities.
Your background
Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and business environments.
At least 8 years of leading Lean and Six Sigma projects, with MBB certification or training, including extensive coaching, training, and project experience.
Proven ability to coach Black Belts towards certification. Strong leadership and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistical methods, graphical analysis, and risk assessment.
Extensive knowledge of DOE, Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA, Regression, Measurement System Evaluation, Gauge R&R, SPC, Process Capability, Control Plans, and other quality tools.
Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills (DMAIC, DFSS, 8D, A3, 5 Why, FMEA).
Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
