Job Description:

The opportunity

As Master Black Belt Business Unit (BU) Transformers, you will be responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma methodology throughout the BU and Regions (HUBs) to drive business results and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will ensure proper support for critical business objectives by leveraging resources and deploying best practices to support growth, enhance customer loyalty through improved quality and lead times, increase profitability, and improve cash efficiency.

Our flexible work practices help you optimize performance and develop your skills in a supportive environment. You can work remotely or from the office, based on task demands or personal preferences.

How you'll make an impact
  • Support deployment of BU Quality strategy using Black Belt and Green Belt resources
  • Collaborate with leadership to select and prioritize projects aligned with strategic goals
  • Lead or support strategic Black Belt projects across regions and BUs
  • Mentor and coach Black and Green Belts, facilitate certifications, and oversee the toll gate process
  • Provide and lead Lean Six Sigma training sessions
  • Prepare belts for certification and manage certification approvals
  • Deploy Lean Six Sigma initiatives, define needed resources, and match projects to initiatives
  • Define, approve, and support key improvement projects
  • Monitor all Black and Green Belt projects within the BU
  • Review project statuses and identify new improvement opportunities
Your background
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in manufacturing and business environments
  • 8+ years leading Lean and Six Sigma projects; MBB-Certified or MBB-Trained with coaching and training experience
  • Proven ability to coach Black Belts towards certification
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills at all organizational levels
  • Analytical skills in data analysis, statistics, and graphical tools
  • Experience with DOE, Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA, Regression, Measurement System Evaluation, Gage R&R, SPC, and other quality tools
  • Excellent root cause analysis skills (DMAIC, DFSS, 8D, A3, 5 Why, FMEA)
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
