Job summary

Kerr is seeking a Global Markets Product & Commercial Enablement Manager to strengthen product knowledge, selling capability, and local marketing execution across Envista markets. This onsite role requires commuting to Brea, CA and Pomona, CA, with relocation of the office from Brea to Pomona.

The position supports sales reps, country managers, regional managers, and distributor partners to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management, sales, or product/commercial enablement.
• Experience launching products and delivering sales training.
• Experience with multinational or cross-cultural environments.
• Ability to learn and communicate a broad product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide product, clinical, competitive, and commercial knowledge.
• Deliver sales training and develop tools for local markets.
• Translate global strategies into local activation plans.
• Ensure local teams receive materials and launch toolkits.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing, forecasting, and regulatory readiness.
• Analyze performance and translate data into actions.
