Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Data Management / Program SME to lead data governance across FRR/NFRR and ADS initiatives. This role liaison between Business, Technology, Data Management, and Regulatory teams to improve data health and strengthen controls.

Responsibilities include governance execution, data quality, lineage, remediation, and regulatory response support, with engagement across Global Markets, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Data Management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance principles.
• Experience supporting Regulatory Reporting programs (FRR, NFRR, Market Risk, Finance, or similar regulatory initiatives).
• Strong understanding of: Data quality frameworks
• Data lineage and metadata management
• Data issue management and remediation
• Audit and regulatory response processes
• Experience establishing governance routines and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery of data governance and regulatory initiatives.
• Establish and manage execution plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive governance forums and track progress against regulatory commitments.
• Partner with Technology and Business stakeholders to improve data health and controls.
