Job summary

Bank of America seeks an experienced data governance professional to ensure data quality for climate, ESG, and counterparty datasets across CFO DM. The role focuses on incident triage, remediation, and regulatory reporting support within a larger data ecosystem.

You will support regulatory and voluntary climate disclosures, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help implement enterprise data management standards while advancing data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data analysis, data management, or reporting experience.
• Exposure to Climate and ESG reporting frameworks and/or counterparty data capture.
• Familiarity with transactional databases.
• Analytics experience with SQL.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work in a flexible environment.
• Ability to think and act independently, highly organized.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensures data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through testing procedures and data controls.
• Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards; acts as a liaison for data compliance.
• Manages data related incidents and communicates and resolves issues; informs sourcing alternatives.
• Develops, manages, and executes data controls; tracks and resolves control breaches with data platform.
• Collaborates with Business and Technology to drive requirements and upstream data resolution.
