Job summary

Bank of America Chester is seeking a Global Markets Client Onboarding Manager to coordinate onboarding for institutional accounts, ensure timely, compliant delivery, and act as the client’s primary contact.

You will collaborate with Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, AML/KYC and Operations to streamline processes, maintain data quality and enable trading readiness while driving improvements to the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding and institutional account management.
• Understanding AML/KYC and regulatory requirements for onboarding.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for institutional clients across lines of business.
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding, ensuring timely, compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, AML/KYC and Operations.
• Monitor onboarding progress and address blockers to enable trading readiness.
• Drive improvements to onboarding tools, processes and client experience.
