Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with extensive biotech/pharma exposure.
• Experience in Key Account Management, Market Access, or Medical Affairs within biotech/pharma.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategy for assigned therapeutic areas aligned with objectives.
• Understand physicians, centers, patient groups, and government stakeholders to retain business.
• Ensure activities meet targets for budget, revenue, cost, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional engagement and coordinate onboarding for new therapy areas.
• Translate brand strategy into actionable tactics and drive center account plans.
