Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Marketing Technologies Director to lead the global marketing technology organization, spanning engineering, product management, UX, measurement, and activation. You will own vision, architecture, and roadmaps for platforms used by marketers worldwide to reach hundreds of millions of players.

The role requires 12+ years in software/data engineering and marketing tech, with a track record of delivering enterprise SaaS products and leading global teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across software or data engineering, technical product management, and marketing technology.
• Direct software or data engineering experience leading production marketing technology systems.
• Experience building, launching, and operating enterprise SaaS products or internal platforms.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and lead transformation across teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for marketing technology engineering, product management, and UX.
• Own end-to-end delivery and operation of global marketing platforms.
• Define the marketing technology product vision and multi-year roadmaps.
• Set architecture for marketing platforms, APIs, data pipelines, audience services, and integrations.
• Lead measurement, experimentation, audience activation, and data governance.
• Partner with Data Science and Analytics to embed experimentation and ML into workflows.
• Balance global platform standards with local flexibility while ensuring security and privacy.
