Job summary

Disney is seeking a Marketing Strategy Associate (PH/IA) based in Glendale, CA, to develop go-to-market strategies and execute marketing plans for Disney and Pixar brands. You will partner with internal teams and external agencies across strategy, advertising, PR, and digital to shape campaigns and analyze performance.

The role reports to the Sr Manager, Marketing Strategy and is a 24-month project hire or internal assignment.

Qualifications

2+ years of consumer marketing experience in branding, category licensing, franchise, or related field (including internships).
Media planning, digital and social media skills.
Experience framing a POV to influence leaders and partners.
Experience managing a portfolio of tactical programs, marketing and sales strategies, details, and budgets.
Experience developing positive relationships across marketing and diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills to assess performance of tactics and results.
Ability to react quickly to changing business needs and stay forward-thinking.

Responsibilities

Develop and support marketing programs combining strategy, analytics, and innovation.
Support brand growth through communication planning and channel strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing and sales communications.
Analyze data to identify strategies and business opportunities.
Provide creative feedback on tactics and programs.
Prepare presentations for partners and senior management.
Share updates with leadership to secure buy-ins.
