Job summary

MAP is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives for international clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. You’ll be the primary client contact from brief to delivery, driving clear communication and managing scope, timelines, and budgets.

You’ll collaborate with designers, UX architects, and developers in a fast-paced, global environment within VML MAP, leveraging your PM experience and marketing tech knowledge to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• An understanding of marketing principles, including CRM strategy and marketing technology.
• Experience with marketing platforms, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce or Braze.
• Ability to speak “tech language” and translate vision into buildable solutions.
• Ideally some experience with Agentic AI, Digital Coworkers and modern automated workflow environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet) and PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong skills in the Microsoft office package, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage several projects for international clients, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and quality.
• Serve as central client contact from initial brief to final delivery.
• Maintain high service levels and cultivate trust-based client relationships.
• Work independently yet collaboratively with a diverse team of experts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and document hard facts.
