Job summary

Netflix, the world's leading streaming platform, seeks an AI Product Manager for Content Platform Operations & Publishing. You will drive AI integration across content tools, enabling hyper-personalized experiences for global audiences, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship scalable AI-enabled features.

You will own end-to-end product development from idea to production, build roadmaps with cross-functional teams, and translate creator needs into impactful

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and evaluation best practices.
• Experience leading end-to-end products that incorporate ML/AI solutions.
• Experience with the ML lifecycle (data collection and labeling, model evaluation, etc.).
• Applied experience using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building products for creative teams, internal partners, or enterprise clients.
• Experience with media supply chains, localization, or translation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic roadmaps, taking product concepts from idea through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration.
• Lead the incubation and system design of new ML/AI capabilities, from idea to production, in partnership with researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Discover needs of artists, creators and content executives, distilling their needs into product roadmaps and delivering solutions that drive business impact.
• Communicate vision and strategy broadly across the organization to non-technical audiences.
• Use strong analytical and ML evaluation skills to inform priorities, justify business cases and measure impact.
