Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, technical marketing, or marketing communications.
• Experience marketing technology, engineering, software, electronics, semiconductor, networking, storage, communications, or test-and-measurement products.
• Demonstrated success managing product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional global organizations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing strategy and planning to support growth initiatives, product launches, market expansion, and strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives across regions.
• Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels to build brand and drive demand.
• Lead product launch plans, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities.
• Create customer-facing content and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.
