Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or marketing communications.
• Experience marketing technology, engineering, software, electronics, or test-and-measurement products.
• Demonstrated success managing product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional global organizations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing initiatives for Protocol Solutions Group and drive revenue growth.
• Develop integrated strategies to engage customers and accelerate product adoption.
• Coordinate messaging with Product Management, Sales, Regional Marketing and partners.
• Define audiences, use cases, and value propositions; plan product launches.
• Develop campaigns across digital and traditional channels and manage go-to-market execution.
• Create content, stories, webinars, and technical articles to support launches.
• Manage marketing communications, press, newsletters, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate on pricing, channel initiatives, and market awareness programs.
