Job summary

Univar Solutions seeks a Marketing Manager to guide global marketing strategy for the Chemical Distribution & Services business, aligning with corporate identity. You’ll lead marketing communications campaigns, events, and digital/traditional strategies across regions, driving growth for customers and suppliers.

You’ll manage budgets, analyze results, and collaborate with the CD&S Business team on campaigns, content calendars, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is required.
• 10 years of experience in Marketing or Communications functions.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Salesforce, Tableau, Romify, and FirstUp tools.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering content distribution strategies across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to grow YouTube channels through strategic content planning and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing activities, ensuring messaging consistency and governance.
• Develop external communications strategies aligned with corporate and CD&S priorities.
• Drive marketing campaigns, events, and content distribution across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage marketing budget and measure performance with key metrics.
• Lead market research and analytics on customer and competitor behavior.
• Oversee promotional distribution for trade shows and campaigns.
