• Design scalable go-to-market models and launch sequencing.
• Partner to translate payer value strategies into brand plans.
• Manage global commercial budget with Finance.
• Lead strategic workstreams and business case development.
• Track launch performance metrics and drive readiness.
• Collaborate with Global Market Access, HEOR, and affiliates.
