Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated is seeking a Global Downstream Marketing Manager to shape and execute the global launch framework for assigned products, driving commercialization across the Americas. This remote, U.S.-based role partners with regional teams across EMEA and APAC to translate strategy into market-ready plans and measurable results.

You will own the global launch framework, localize campaigns, develop messaging and pricing strategies, and build relationships with KOLs and key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of downstream product or services marketing or commercialization.
• Experience leading regional launches and go-to-market strategies in healthcare.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy through market and customer insight and translate into actionable plans.
• Lead global launch planning and Americas commercialization, including training and messaging.
• Build relationships with KOLs, customers, and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional regional marketing projects from strategy to execution.
• Provide sales enablement materials and regional adaptations of global content.
