Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Product Marketing Director to lead global product marketing for Veeva Safety, shaping positioning, messaging, and the go-to-market strategy across regions to drive adoption and growth.

You will partner with strategy, product management, sales, and regional teams to drive launches, create content, and build scalable programs that strengthen Veeva’s leadership in pharmacovigilance across the life sciences industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or go-to-market strategy for complex B2B enterprise software or cloud solutions.
• Proven success developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate products, drive customer adoption, and accelerate growth.
• Strong ability to synthesize customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and product strategy into compelling marketing narratives.
• Proven ability to influence and build trusted partnerships across product management, market strategy, sales, services, and executive leadership.
• Experience leading global product marketing initiatives in partnership with regional teams with consistent global strategy and localized execution.
• Experience developing customer-facing content, thought leadership, sales enablement materials, customer stories, presentations, and digital content.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Experience measuring go-to-market performance and using insights to optimize strategy and execution.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global organization that delivers against marketing goals with clearly defined roles and succession plans.
• Develop and drive global marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Veeva Safety.
• Partner with product management and market strategy to develop differentiated positioning and value propositions.
• Lead global product launches and release marketing to drive awareness and customer adoption.
• Develop annual integrated marketing plans with field marketing teams for consistent global messaging and regional execution.
• Create thought leadership, customer advocacy, and sales enablement programs.
• Develop compelling marketing content including customer stories, presentations, website content, videos, webinars, and sales tools.
• Partner with sales to improve customer engagement through effective messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate across product, strategy, sales, services, and marketing for coordinated execution of initiatives.
• Measure marketing performance and continuously optimize programs.
