Job summary

Celero Communications is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially-driven Marketing Director to lead the global go-to-market strategy for our next-generation DSP product line. In this early-stage leadership role, you will bridge advanced chip design with market adoption, turning architectural detail into compelling commercial solutions.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will draft technical whitepapers, launch global campaigns, and secure anchor customer design wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Optical Communications (or related field).
• 15+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or business development in coherent DSP/optical networking.
• Deep understanding of DSP architectures, signal processing, and optical module ecosystems.
• Startup mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and execute with limited infra.
• Global experience launching products or engaging customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Execute Celero's marketing strategy to drive growth, adoption, and brand awareness.
• Define multi-year roadmaps, business cases, and product requirements based on market data.
• Develop pricing strategies, margins, and go-to-market plans.
• Translate DSP architecture into high-impact value propositions for executives and engineers.
• Identify market gaps through competitive analysis and shape the roadmap.
