Job summary

Proteor USA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing programs, events, communications, digital initiatives, and other projects that help drive brand awareness and business growth. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Education teams to coordinate projects, maintain marketing materials, support events, and assist with day-to-day marketing activities.

This role also provides support to Proteor's Global Marketing team, helping coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of professional experience required.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, social media, digital marketing, or marketing communications preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, PR and other channels.
• Support trade show and event planning, including registration, logistics, travel coordination and materials.
• Assist sponsorship and community programs coordination and related activities.
• Support website projects, content organization and updates with internal/external partners.
• Assist with social media activities, content coordination, scheduling and engagement.
• Coordinate marketing collateral inventory and distribution for events and programs.
• Provide general administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing team.
• Support Global Marketing cross-regional projects to ensure consistent messaging.
