Job summary

Proteor USA LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, events, communications, and digital initiatives that grow brand awareness and drive growth. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Education teams to coordinate projects, maintain materials, and assist with day-to-day activities.

You will also assist Proteor's Global Marketing team, coordinating cross-regional campaigns and content to ensure consistent messaging across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, social media, digital marketing, or marketing communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events.
• Support trade shows and event planning, including logistics and materials.
• Assist with sponsorships and community programs.
• Support website projects, content updates, and CMS coordination.
• Assist with social media scheduling, monitoring and engagement.
• Coordinate marketing collateral inventory and distribution.
• Support Global Marketing cross-regional campaigns and communications.
• Provide general administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing team.
