Job summary

Nouryon seeks a Global Market Development Manager for Mining to drive growth and expand Nouryon’s mining portfolio worldwide. You will translate complex mining chemistry into strategic opportunities and coordinate with Sales, Technical Service, R&D and IBP to turn strategy into measurable results.

This on-site role is based in Houston, TX, with 40–50% travel. MBA is desirable; fluency in English required, with Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or an Engineering-related discipline.
• MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expand Nouryon’s mining portfolio globally.
• Translate technical mining chemistry discussions into strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate Sales, Technical Service, R&D, and IBP to execute growth initiatives.
• Establish relationships with mining companies and distributors to grow market presence.
