Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in biostimulant or crop-input industry (preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of humic substances and biostimulant solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Owning and growing relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Aligning technical messages with marketing messages for training.
• Leading Horizon University training for distributors and field staff.
• Leading grower training, field demonstrations, and educational tours.
• Defining international go-to-market strategy market by market.
• Relaying field intelligence into Portfolio discussions and pricing decisions.
