• Extensive pharma/biotech experience in global access, pricing, reimbursement, HTA and payer evidence strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex global matrix structures.
• Proven record shaping product development, evidence generation and lifecycle access.
• Strong understanding of payer systems across major markets including US and Europe.
• Ability to synthesize clinical, economic and policy data into strategic choices.
• Financial acumen for portfolio prioritization and value trade-off assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Set and lead franchise Global Market Access Strategy across pipeline, launch and lifecycle opportunities.
• Shape and execute global access strategies to maximize value and patient access worldwide.
• Integrate payer perspectives, evidence, pricing, access and timing into decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Global Market Access Strategy Leads.
• Drive launch readiness and support implementation across core markets.
• Represent Global Pricing & Access in governance and cross-functional teams.
• Generate insights on payer ecosystems, HTA requirements and policy trends.
• Integrate payer and HTA requirements into product plans and launch strategies.
• Drive high-quality global access deliverables and readiness plans.
• Maintain one unified payer voice with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Provide strategic input to disease-area strategy and external partnerships.
• Champion enterprise mindset, innovation and AI-enabled insights.
