Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive pharmaceutical/biotech experience with global access, pricing, HTA.
• Leadership of people and cross-functional teams in global matrix organizations.
• Ability to synthesize diverse evidence into executable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead franchise Global Market Access Strategy across pipeline, launch and lifecycle opportunities.
• Shape and execute global access strategies that maximize value and support patient access worldwide.
• Integrate payer perspectives and pricing, access, timing, and trade-offs into decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of Global Market Access Strategy Leads; set priorities and allocate resources.
• Drive launch readiness and support across core markets with scalable tools.
• Represent Global Pricing & Access within asset governance and cross-functional teams.
• Generate insights on payer ecosystems, HTA requirements and policy trends.
• Champion collaboration, enterprise mindset, and AI-enabled insights.
