Job summary

GE Aerospace Marine Customer Account Manager supports Marine Spares P&L and serves Marine customers globally, ensuring spare parts are quoted, ordered, and shipped without delay to sustain readiness for U.S. Navy, international navies, and MRO partners.

The role coordinates day-to-day execution across internal stakeholders and contractor teams, driving accurate quoting, order management, and on-time fulfillment while improving forecasting and provisioning for new fleets.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Services and Customer Order and Fulfillment with knowledge comparable to a bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Planning: development of the combined capital parts forecast across product lines.
• Shop Visit Forecasting & ESN Tracking to support accurate planning and execution.
• Parts Pricing & Customer Setup Focal to ensure non-catalog parts are priced on request.
• Provisioning Conferences: lead discussions with external customers to align requirements.
• Order Management & Fulfillment Execution: manage end-to-end order intake and processing.
• KPI Alignment & Execution Rigor to meet service level and on-time fulfillment goals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination across product line, materials, and fulfillment teams.
• Continuous Improvement to reduce cycle time and improve customer experience.
