Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Marine Digital Services Strategy Manager to own the global Marine digital strategy and portfolio.

You will partner with marine strategy, product, commercial teams, dealers, and enterprise digital groups to prioritize, govern, and deploy digital opportunities that deliver customer value. The role emphasizes governance of the Marine portfolio, cross-functional leadership, and strategic thinking across regions and ecosystems, with relocation and onsite work

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in strategy development, digital product/solution strategy, business development, or technology-enabled service models.
• Strong understanding of marine customer operations, dealer channels, aftermarket value creation, enterprise digital capabilities, and data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional strategy work and translate inputs into executive-ready recommendations.
• Global perspective and ability to operate across regions, cultures, marine segments, dealers, customers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and communicates the global Caterpillar Marine digital strategy and roadmap.
• Provides business ownership for the Marine digital solutions portfolio and governance of lifecycle decisions.
• Translates inputs into digital priorities, use cases, and deployment roadmaps with investment considerations.
• Evaluates enterprise technologies for marine applicability and partnerships.
• Leads cross-functional alignment, governance prep, and executive communications.
• Identifies inorganic opportunities to accelerate capability delivery.
• Monitors adoption, dealer readiness, and portfolio performance to refine the roadmap.
