The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, governance of the MGPP, and a strong focus on data, analytics, and customer outcomes in the marine domain.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in business, strategy, engineering, technology, digital, or data.
• Significant experience in strategy development, digital product/solution strategy, business development, consulting, or product management.
• Strong understanding of marine customer operations, dealer channels, aftermarket value creation, and enterprise digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops the global Caterpillar Marine digital strategy and governance.
• Provides business ownership for Marine digital portfolio, including roadmap and lifecycle decisions.
• Translates inputs into digital priorities, use cases, and investment recommendations.
• Evaluates enterprise technologies for marine applicability and analytics capabilities.
• Leads cross-functional alignment and executive communications for digital initiatives.
• Identifies inorganic opportunities like partnerships or acquisitions to accelerate execution.
• Monitors adoption, dealer readiness, and portfolio performance to refine the roadmap.
