Job summary

Excelerate Energy is seeking candidates for this Marine Assurance role. This position will support timely management of Marine Assurance processes, including Vetting and Compatibility reviews, database management, and technical and administrative support to the Organization.

The Marine Assurance Coordinator shall provide support for vessel operations including LNG STS transfers, acting as the customer interface for STS operations with global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a maritime school or naval architecture program.
• Proficient in MS Office and data tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Familiarity with Vetting, STS operations, and maritime safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage marine assurance processes (Vetting/Compatibility) and databases.
• Support LNG STS transfers and vessel operations globally.
• Coordinate vessel inspections, risk assessments, and regulatory liaison.
