Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
- 15+ years in progressive manufacturing leadership roles.
- Experience at VP level or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven track record in manufacturing transformation and operational excellence.
- Experience with automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term manufacturing strategy aligned with growth.
- Lead multi-site manufacturing operations across regions.
- Drive automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify process improvements for cost, quality and reliability.
- Evaluate capabilities, capacity, and network optimization.
- Partner with supply chain, sourcing, engineering, and executives.
- Build high-performing leadership teams and talent development.
- Monitor key metrics for performance and improvements.
- Lead integration efforts related to acquisitions and growth.
- Foster accountability, innovation, safety, and excellence.
