MasterBrand Cabinets LLC seeks a seasoned manufacturing transformation leader to modernize operations across a multi-site network in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to design standardized processes, introduce new systems, and ensure adoption across plants.

The ideal candidate builds strong teams, influences leaders through change, and translates technology investments into measurable operational gains.

Qualifications

• 12+ years progressive experience in manufacturing operations and transformation.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise system implementations within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to standardize processes while recognizing differences across plants or business units.
• Strong change leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness and ability to travel 40–50% across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation and standardization of manufacturing processes across multiple plants and geographies.
• Define future operation standards for production planning, scheduling, materials management, inventory, quality, purchasing, transportation, and supply planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure enterprise systems support manufacturing operations.
• Balance standardization with legitimate local differences.
• Lead large-scale implementation efforts and drive adoption of new processes and technology.
• Build adoption plans and measure improvements post-implementation.
• Manage external consulting/implementation partners and align with business units.
