Job summary

Terumo Neuro seeks a Sr. Director of Global Manufacturing Strategy to drive long-term manufacturing strategy and transformation across the global network.

You will lead Smart Factory initiatives, AI manufacturing adoption, and scalable digital platforms with IT, Engineering, and Operations partners. You will oversee network modeling, site strategy, and governance, mentoring high-performing teams while influencing senior leadership with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or Operations Management.
• 15+ years in medical device global manufacturing strategy/ops.
• 7+ years in leadership/management roles.
• Knowledge in Smart Factory, AI Manufacturing or digital transformation.
• Expertise in manufacturing network modeling and global footprint strategy.
• Strong background in strategic program management and governance.
• Experience leading production line engineering or group technology transformation.
• Experience in operations management and global product transfers.
• Direct global manufacturing site responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term manufacturing strategy with Global Manufacturing Leadership.
• Oversee Smart Factory initiatives and AI-driven quality and optimization.
• Model global manufacturing network, capacity and site expansion.
• Manage multi-year strategic programs and governance for transformation.
