Job summary

TerumoBCT in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Platform Execution to lead a global organization responsible for bringing devices, disposables, and software to market. Qualifications

B.S. degree in Engineering required.
M.S. or PhD in Engineering with management degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive engineering experience, 10+ in leadership roles.
5+ years in medical device or similarly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Lead global platform, program, and project execution across devices, disposables, and software.
Own portfolio planning, prioritization, sequencing, and governance for delivery.
Bridge R&D with Commercial, including roadmapping and value propositions.
Design and implement frameworks for operational excellence and metrics.
Define build/buy/borrow strategies and partner governance.
Oversee portfolio management, resource planning, and cross-site execution.
Drive organizational change and communication across global teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems.
