Job summary

Advantest America Inc. in Lake Forest, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Transfer Program Lead to plan, lead, and execute the transfer of new product lines from internal manufacturing to contract manufacturers in Malaysia.

You will drive cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless prototype-to-volume transition while meeting cost, quality, delivery, and customer requirements. The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing or program management, 5+ years in transfers, and experience with Southeast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/operations or program management.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing transfers or outsourcing initiatives.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of NPI, lean manufacturing, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Serve as overall program manager for manufacturing transfer activities.
• Develop transfer plans, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality.
• Drive reviews, milestones, and issue resolution.
• Ensure CM readiness, capacity, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with R&D, marketing, and customer teams for forecasts.
• Manage governance and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
