This leadership role partners with Technology Development, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver robust, scalable manufacturing solutions while advancing best practices and talent development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of industry experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing technology, process engineering, or industrialization in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding and/or extrusion.
• Leadership in new product scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing capability development.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Lead manufacturing technology and scale-up for NPI and technology transfer.
• Drive asset and process strategy including capacity planning and capital deployment.
• Ensure CTQ, regulatory, customer and operational requirements are met.
• Advise on design for manufacturability and scale-up strategies.
• Collaborate with Technology Development, R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
• Build and mentor Manufacturing Technology teams across sites.
• Standardize best practices across sites and geographies.
• Foster a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement.
