Job summary

Meta is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to establish and manage a global quality program focused on people, processes, and accountability through vendor management and site partnerships. You will influence construction, design, and facility operations teams to ensure day-one readiness and reliable delivery across campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience applying root cause analysis and quality tools to resolve manufacturing or construction quality issues.
• Lead supplier improvement programs and audits to ensure quality and delivery.
• Mentor vendor teams and coordinate with on-site partners across multiple functions.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics for vendor performance and project outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor audits and evaluate performance to refine processes and reduce risk.
• Develop and monitor quality program metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Provide leadership to offsite vendor teams and interface with MOFE and site partners.
• Coordinate OFCI quality programs and onboarding of vendor personnel.
• Ensure readiness and effective cross-functional communications for scope execution.
• Review and close open issues, ensuring timely escalation and approvals.
• Support Level 2/3 testing documentation and microschedule milestones.
• Attend weekly project, meetings and commissioning activities.
