Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Project Engineer to drive engineering and manufacturing initiatives across our global operations.

You will lead projects from concept to execution, develop detailed plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams at manufacturing sites worldwide, including Asia.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and willingness to travel; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with assembly processes and interconnect manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel to Asia and work across global sites.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress.
• Support and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Collaborate directly with global manufacturing sites, especially Asia.
• Interface with BU leadership, engineering teams, and operations.
• Provide technical support related to stamping, plating, molding, and assembly.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and project reviews.
