Job summary

Atmus Filtration Technologies in Nashville, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Leader to drive Lean and Six Sigma improvements across global sites. This role oversees deployment of the Atmus Operating System and partners with plant and functional leaders to deliver measurable customer and financial outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional projects, coach leaders in daily management and problem solving, and advance global standards while supporting safety, quality, and productivity

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or operations.
• Proven Lean/Six Sigma transformation experience with measurable results.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects across global supply chains.
• Experience using data analytics and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Experience applying automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects across the Integrated Supply Chain to improve end-to-end performance.
• Translate priorities into actionable improvement plans with plant leaders.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, deploying the Atmus Operating System.
• Coach leaders in Lean, Six Sigma, daily management, and data-driven decisions.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and throughput.
• Develop and deploy global Manufacturing Excellence standards and governance.
• Facilitate the Global Manufacturing Best Practices Forum and standardize practices.
• Partner with Sales to improve customer outcomes and capacity alignment.
• Lead projects from identification to implementation with clear ownership.
• Monitor progress and report performance gaps and risks to leadership.
• Stay current on Lean/Six Sigma and benchmarking across sites.
• Develop and coach team members and foster continuous improvement culture.
• Travel up to 30% to visit global sites.
