Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Technology Program Manager to lead the strategy, standardization, evaluation, and deployment of manufacturing equipment across a multi-site network. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and IT to build the enterprise equipment technology roadmap and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and ROI.

This on-site role requires 8+ years in manufacturing engineering or automation, with strong leadership and project-management

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex manufacturing equipment projects.
• Knowledge of automation, controls, and lifecycle management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and problem solving.
• Background in manufacturing engineering or automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a roadmap for equipment and manufacturing tech.
• Establish equipment standards across sites.
• Evaluate, pilot, scale advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Provide technical leadership from requirements to production readiness.
• Drive supplier relationships and enterprise purchasing.
