Chromalloy is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Technology Program Manager to lead strategy, standardization, evaluation, and deployment of manufacturing equipment and advanced technologies across a multi-site network in the US. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to build the enterprise equipment technology roadmap and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, automation, or PM roles.
• Experience delivering complex equipment projects from concept to production.
