Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Technology Program Manager to lead the strategy, standardization, evaluation, and deployment of manufacturing equipment and advanced technologies across its multi-site network.

This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, EHS, Digital/IT, and leadership to develop the equipment technology roadmap, set standards, evaluate emerging tech, and scale solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, capacity, reliability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, automation, or technical program management.
• Experience delivering complex manufacturing equipment projects from concept through production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, automation, controls, and lifecycle management.
• Strong project management, supplier management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise equipment and manufacturing technology roadmap aligned with business and operational priorities.
• Establish and maintain equipment standards, specifications, and platforms across manufacturing sites.
• Partner with Engineering Center of Excellence to evaluate, pilot, and scale advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Provide technical leadership for major equipment investments from requirements to production readiness.
• Partner with Procurement to identify strategic equipment suppliers and optimize enterprise purchasing.
• Drive equipment modernization and lifecycle strategies for reliability and capacity.
• Ensure new equipment aligns with automation, MES, data, and OT cybersecurity standards.
• Promote reuse and standardization of proven solutions across sites to reduce proliferation.
• Monitor equipment programs and CAPEX projects, identify risks, and support execution.
• Validate that investments deliver improvements in OEE, productivity, quality, and ROI.
