Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Technology Program Manager to lead the strategy, standardization, evaluation, and deployment of manufacturing equipment and advanced technologies across our multi-site network.

This role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, EHS, Digital/IT and site leadership to build the enterprise equipment roadmap, set standards, evaluate new tech, and drive ROI, safety and reliability across the aerospace engine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, automation, advanced manufacturing, or technical program management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex manufacturing equipment and technology projects from concept through production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, automation, controls, industrialization, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Strong project management, supplier management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise equipment roadmap aligned with operations.
• Establish equipment standards and preferred technology across sites.
• Partner with Engineering to identify, pilot, and scale advanced manufacturing tech.
• Lead major equipment investments from requirements to production readiness (FAT/SAT, commissioning).
• Work with Procurement to build strategic suppliers and leverage enterprise purchasing.
• Drive modernization and lifecycle plans for reliability, capacity, and obsolescence.
• Ensure new equipment meets automation, MES, data, and OT cybersecurity standards.
• Promote reuse and standardization to reduce tech and supplier proliferation.
• Monitor programs and CAPEX, flag risks, ensure execution and readiness.
• Verify that investments improve OEE, productivity, quality, and ROI.
