Job summary

ASML US, LP seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive end-to-end transfer of complex EUV products across global sites. You will ensure manufacturability, lead cross-functional teams, and develop comprehensive transfer packages including process flows, tooling specs, and BOMs.

The role requires analyzing data to optimize processes, supporting design for assembly, and validating new work centers. A strong MES/ERP background and experience with factory setup are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/physics or related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and factory transfer preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end manufacturing transfer of complex products across global sites.
• Develop and execute transfer strategy with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Create transfer packages: process flows, work instructions, tooling specs, BOM/routing, control plans.
• Establish new workcenter layout, tooling, and equipment validation.
• Lead build validation, ramp-up, and production readiness reviews.
