• Six or more years in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years in Manufacturing Engineering with server platforms or high-tech hardware.
• Five or more years of product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control across CM, ODM, and component vendors.
• Provide hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations via root cause analysis.
• Travel 25–50% of the time to support global operations.
